Wipe with a dry cloth if it gets wet. If you need to wash, rinse with water and wipe dry. Do NOT use soap.
Keep AWAY from direct sunlight.
Avoid placing mugs, cups, or containers that are too hot to touch.
While the product build quality is high, do not be overly aggressive with any of its parts. Be gentle when putting leaves on and taking them off.

What are some other things to keep in mind?
While we do our best to accurately show the colours in pictures, please be aware that there may be slight variations due to lighting, angles, cameras, and screens.
All leaves are coated with a shiny / sparkly layer on the top to enhance durability and appearance. This is part of the 3D manufacturing process.
This plant is not meant to be submerged in water nor be in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Doing so will break down the product over time.
The coasters are NOT heat resistant. They start to bend north of 50C (122F). Only place cups or mugs that aren't hot to the touch.
Minor imperfections are normal in products that are 3D printed. They add to the uniqueness of each item, just like how real-life plants are unique too.
Minor "stringing" is also normal in 3D printed products. Just remove them with your fingers or a tweezer!
When can I expect to receive my order?
It can take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. If you're in the US, expect an extra 3-5 business days.
